Our mission statement is simple. We want to make Jesus famous, using health and fitness as a gateway for that.
We are here to encourage you to take care of your body. Your health is directly related to your mood, emotions, drive, motivation, and your walk with Christ. 1 Corinthians 6:19 says, "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own" and we are firm believers in that. We want to take care of the bodies we were entrusted with by our loving God.
Why 116Fit? Because we are 100 Percent UNASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST and the POWER that is has to save (Romans 1:16).
